- Currently enrolled in a BS\/MS in Procurement\/Business Administration or equivalent
- General understanding of procurement, supplier chain, supplier management
- Good verbal experience within a team environment
- Capable of analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of policies, procedures, and technology
- Understanding of ERP systems. i.e., SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Workday etc.
- Good working knowledge of MS office suite including Teams, OneDrive, and Webex programs
- Ability to relocate to the Bay Area, California for the duration of the internship
- Review the purchasing process for indirect goods and services from sourcing contracts
- Partner with the team to expedite purchasing requests
- Ensure execution of defined purchasing requirements in line with audit 2 and 3-way match audit process
- Provide order status reporting updates weekly
- Provide general administrative support to procurement operations and sourcing teams
- Collect, edit, and provide Procurement data for financial analysis
- Understand the Global Procurement Policy collaboration and training
- Support Procurement \/ Contracts Projects as required
