Requirements

  • Experience with digital products, preferably in Product, Product Analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical ability and the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to structure problems, create hypotheses, and generate evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Organization and autonomy to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in deeply understanding user behavior and needs.
  • Collaborative, proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Interest in developing a career in Product.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key product indicators, identifying user behavior, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Turn data and user insights into recommendations to improve the product and customer experience.
  • Contribute to roadmap definition and prioritization, bringing impact analyses, data, and the user perspective into decision-making.
  • Partner with Technology, UX, Data, and business teams to evolve the platform's different user journeys.
  • Lead product initiatives from problem identification and requirements definition through implementation and launch.
  • Monitor the performance of launched features, assess their impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support discovery and validation of new product opportunities by developing hypotheses and using data and user feedback.
  • Ensure clarity on problems, requirements, and success criteria among all involved teams.
  • Develop deep knowledge of users and their journeys within the Financial Wellness ecosystem.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with financial products, credit, corporate benefits, or fintech companies.
  • Experience working with applications.
  • Experience with analytics tools, funnel analysis, and user behavior analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital product metrics and experimentation.
  • Experience working closely with Technology and UX teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
