About the job
- Excellent proficiency in Python or very good proficiency in Go; proficiency in both is a plus, as is willingness to develop proficiency in the second language.
- Good proficiency in ReactJS for developing modern web interfaces.
- Very good understanding of Linux environments and the Docker ecosystem.
- Strong skills in API design, backend architecture, and debugging.
- Ability to work independently on demanding technical projects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team context.
- Design and develop backend APIs and services in Python using FastAPI and/or Go.
- Develop analysis, automation, and internal tooling around Linux environments.
- Integrate and orchestrate internal and external services.
- Ensure code quality, robustness, performance, and system maintainability.
- Participate in advanced debugging and optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain internal web interfaces in ReactJS.
- Ensure clean and consistent frontend/backend integration.
- Contribute to designing simple, functional, and reliable user experiences oriented toward internal users.
- Participate in technical decisions, architecture design, and code reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, standards, and processes.
- Work closely with technical teams in France and Tunisia.
- Experience with AI-related APIs or services.
- Knowledge of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling.
- Strong interest in systems engineering, observability, and platform reliability.
