Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Design simulations using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Build training that matches real call flows, tools, and customer issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and fix gaps and improve performance.
  • Use feedback and data to refine training content.
  • Roll out new training in the Learning Management System and support users when needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Spanish/English bilingual ability is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SCORM or xAPI is a plus.
  • Experience with Articulate, Captivate, or similar simulation tools is desired.
