Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of driving growth through design initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thought process, and product impact.
  • Ability to lead and support a small team of designers while executing as an individual contributor.
  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and other methods for measuring the impact of design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on growth initiatives, including user acquisition, activation, retention and resurrection.
  • Support, lead and mentor designers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to identify opportunities and integrate growth-focused design strategies into our products.
  • Conduct extensive research and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and barriers to growth.
  • Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other quantitative and qualitative methods to validate designs and hypotheses, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
  • Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a consistent and user-centric approach across all product touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the development of our design culture and processes.
