  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in program management, or a combination of program management with some engineering and/or product development management.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the profit and loss of new product development programs and projects, with responsibility, authority, and accountability for project scope delivery and execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
  • Lead integrated product teams across the program.
  • Facilitate implementation of program management processes at the site, business unit, or division.
  • Seek team input to promote rapid issue resolution and coach teams while providing feedback on performance indicators.
  • Provide the overall program or site/business-unit interface with the customer, improve organizational responsiveness to customer requirements, and manage customer expectations and contractual commitments internally.
  • Coordinate program and project team support by conducting program management reviews and preparing and publishing program management metrics and reports.
  • Maintain program metrics for earned value, including cost performance index and schedule performance index, quality, technical performance, and delivery through all PROLaunch phases.
  • Coordinate and integrate program risks and requirements by planning, controlling, and measuring all projects and program elements to ensure requirements and goals are achieved.
  • Manage customer contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, and contractual flow-down through the organization.
  • Establish and negotiate pricing strategies by system or product, market, and customer; develop contract negotiation strategies; and ensure effective change management.
  • Provide periodic green/yellow/red program status reports covering contractual milestones and technical, cost, and schedule risks, and provide updates to business units, divisional, and group levels.
  • Develop new business proposals and execute the overall program plan.
  • Coordinate and monitor One Eaton Aerospace program technical personnel across multiple sites.
Desired Qualifications

Eaton to acquire COL Group.

Eaton to acquire COL Group. DUBLIN - Intelligent power management company Eaton today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire COL Group from Oaktree's Power Opportunities strategy. COL Group is a leader in medium-voltage electrical distribution solutions, including SF[6]-free switchgear, grid automation technologies, and modular power systems. The acquisition will expand Eaton's European power distribution capabilities and manufacturing footprint, enhancing its ability to support growing customer demand across data center and utility markets. "COL Group brings complementary technologies, manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise that will further strengthen Eaton's European power distribution platform," said Omar Zaire, president, EMEA Region, Corporate and Electrical Sector, Eaton. "The acquisition will enhance our ability to support utility and data center customers' increasing need for resilient, sustainable power infrastructure and integrated grid-to-chip power solutions." Under the terms of the agreement, Eaton will acquire COL Group for an enterprise value of €810 million [USD 923 million]. COL Group has forecasted sales of €250 million [USD 285 million] for 2027. COL Group is an industrial group with over a century of experience specializing in the development of electrical power distribution solutions. The company has approximately 400 employees and facilities in Turin, Milan, Bergamo, and Catania, Italy. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.

Eaton and Autodesk expand collaboration to simplify delivery of complex electrical systems in commercial buildings

Eaton and Autodesk are expanding their collaboration to streamline electrical system delivery in increasingly complex commercial buildings. Eaton developed Workbench 360, a connected platform that integrates its electrical equipment data and engineering expertise with Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Forma, and Autodesk Tandem. The platform aims to maintain visibility across the building lifecycle, from design through construction to operations. Engineers can access Eaton BIM content and product information during design, whilst Forma Build extends visibility to equipment status, submittals, and shipping information during execution. The collaboration addresses challenges including labour shortages, technical complexity, and coordination issues facing building project teams. Eaton reported revenues of $27.4 billion in 2025 and serves customers in 180 countries.
