- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- A clean driving record is required for vehicle operators.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence as required.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Basic hand tool proficiency.
- Basic computer skills to operate computerized test equipment.
- Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working.
- Manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and complete assignments despite changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to respond to visual and oral cues.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to complete all work safely and follow applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements and training.
- Perform capillary cable testing, spooling, and routine checks under general supervision.
- Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product complies with standard operating procedures.
- Safely spool capillary tubing.
- Assist with loading and unloading capillary spool equipment onto racks and transportation vehicles.
- Maintain the work area, tools, and fixtures to prevent hazards to personnel and protect the integrity of assembled parts.
- Train and coach new hires in basic principles.
- Three to four years of artificial lift experience is preferred.
- A combination of the listed qualifications will also be considered.
