Requirements
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
- A clean driving record.
- Strong defensive driving skills.
- Technology proficiency and good computer skills.
- The ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong situational awareness.
- The ability to pass background screening and a motor vehicle record review.
- The ability to remain attentive and focused for extended periods.
- Comfort driving in busy city traffic, on highways, and in changing road conditions.
- Comfort using smartphones, GPS navigation, and mobile applications.
- The ability to document observations and complete reports accurately.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-owned vehicles on assigned city, suburban, and highway routes.
- Drive for extended periods while maintaining situational awareness and defensive driving habits.
- Follow all traffic laws, company procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Use company-issued smartphones and mobile applications to support driving data collection.
- Record route information, driving observations, and operational issues accurately.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness throughout the shift.
- Communicate with dispatch and operations teams.
- Represent the company professionally while operating vehicles in public.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional driving experience, including rideshare, delivery, shuttle, courier, taxi, medical transport, commercial driving, or fleet operations experience.
