- Act as the point of contact for General Services and Facilities and Real Estate for the Massy site.
- Manage visitor reception and site access during business hours, including issuing and tracking visitor badges, recovering badges after visits, recording and verifying visitor identities, and ensuring that visitors are accompanied.
- Provide non-resident company cards to external collaborators visiting the site and set up annual access on their cards for frequent visitors after physical-security validation.
- Track employee arrivals and departures.
- Configure site access rights in the access-control tool on CMS cards.
- Manage permanent and temporary identification cards and CMS cards for the site.
- Create, modify, and delete access to restricted areas in cooperation with the physical-security representative.
- Distribute welcome packs and update the management file in Microsoft Teams.
- Manage the distribution and return of equipment such as computers, telephones, and headsets.
- Update television screens to announce new arrivals.
- Participate in the semiannual access review with the physical-security representative.
- Refuse access to the site when necessary.
- Receive and send parcels and mail for the site.
- Participate in managing site events with the site manager and communications team, including holiday meals, catering orders, room setup, and events for customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate and monitor workplace-environment and occupant-services issues, including ticket tracking, maintenance-provider support, and workspace cleanliness.
- Contribute to on-site management of projects involving IT equipment, furniture, lockers, space planning, and other projects led by the General Services and Facilities and Real Estate department.
- Track equipment related to medical recommendations, including ordering and delivery in coordination with Human Resources.
- Update directory information handled by General Services.
- Order professional cards for company employees according to rules defined with the security department and monitor delivery.

When a fiber line fails, the Livebox automatically routes the home's connection through the customer's smartphone hotspot. No app, VPN, or extra hardware is needed. Laptops, tablets, smart TVs, and other devices stay online over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the Livebox switches back to fiber once service returns. Orange activated the service remotely for customers with the Livebox 7 Wi-Fi 7 and Livebox S. Landline phone and multicast TV channels resume only when fiber is restored. "An outage is a sensitive moment when a broadband customer judges their operator," said Arnaud Bellivier de Prin, chief executive officer of SoftAtHome.
Biolevate, a French pharma-focused SaaS startup, has raised €30 million in Series A funding, CEO Joël Belafa announced exclusively. The company provides software-as-a-service solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. The funding round comes as investors continue backing AI-assisted drug discovery and pharmaceutical technology plays. Biolevate joins a growing number of companies applying technology solutions to streamline pharmaceutical development and operations. Ghanaian music company Apprise Music & Media has secured grant support through the Orange Inspire Creative Ultimate Pitch 2026. The final pitch event took place on 11 September 2026 in Accra, bringing together entrepreneurs from Ghana's creative and cultural sectors. The Orange Inspire programme, supported by Fidelity Bank Ghana, ALX and UNESCO Ghana, offers up to GH¢600,000 in funding for creative enterprises across sectors including music, film, fashion and media.
