Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in high-level commercial and credit advisory and follow-up positions in the banking or financial sector.
  • Extensive experience maintaining accounts and providing ongoing client follow-up, with a high level of service, attention to detail, and administrative diligence.
  • A bachelor's degree in administrative careers such as industrial engineering, business administration, or marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling solutions for lending businesses and a background in financial sales services and credit risk.
  • Experience with Salesforce, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in consultative sales and handling high-level clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development and risk-reduction solution strategies for existing enterprise clients in the financial, banking, and commercial sectors.
  • Manage, follow up on, and maintain the assigned portfolio and client accounts.
  • Provide personalized consulting and advisory services to high-level clients.
  • Analyze and identify the client's business, profitability, and needs.
  • Present commercial reports and budgets.
  • Plan the client's financial budget and prepare a budget for each assigned account.
  • Communicate cross-selling opportunities to the relevant sales personnel.
  • Conduct in-person client visits.
  • Negotiate, offer, and counteroffer products and information solutions.
  • Implement client-retention strategies and develop customer loyalty.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in consultative sales and handling high-level clients, preferably in corporate banking.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and develop business with new or existing clients.
