Requirements
  • Must be able to fluently speak Mandarin and will be expected to coach their reps and communicate with prospects in Mandarin
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.

  • Hire, retain, and motivate high performing sales teams and sales leaders to drive results
  • Provide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure Sales Managers and Account Executives are able to meet and exceed their individual and team sales objectives
  • Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify changes needed.
  • Promotes trust and encourages collaboration to effectively resolve conflict and navigate change management.
