  • 5+ years in a Implementation consultant/manager, Engagement manager role in Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Experience with large user deployments for Fortune 100 companies, spanning many use-cases, business units, across thousands of users
  • Highly consultative - able to uncover use-cases, identify business needs and map to a Writer solution
  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, prioritize and create the right accountabilities for success
  • Experience managing and building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including C-Level at Fortune 100 organizations
  • Experience in the art of change management. You know how to motivate, unblock and overcome barriers to large, transformational change
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of editorial processes or working with content marketing, technical writing or UX teams a real plus
  • Consulting experience at a big 4 firm is a plus
  • Proactive communication skills, both sync and async

Responsibilities
  • Act as the owner of our implementation process for our most strategic customers, ensuring we’re hitting key value-based outcomes of first value for activation and adoption
  • Develop and project manage the Enterprise customer’s implementation plan, including the milestones, key owners and accountabilities
  • Work across numerous customer stakeholder groups, workstreams and use-cases to deploy, all while seamlessly managing the implementation roadmap and rapid delivery of value
  • Coordinate the configuration of a customer’s Style Guide and provide strategic advice to optimize in the product
  • Develop expertise as an advisor of best practices in leveraging generative AI to deliver on-brand content at scale
  • Drive transformational change management expertise by prescribing how a customer should build a generative AI program to drive durable value and adoption at scale
  • Provide in-product enablement and training to admins, and end users on their specific use-cases
  • Work closely with your CSM, Technical account manager and AE partners to facilitate a smooth transition from evaluation to implementation and habit-forming
  • Overcome barriers to implementation, unblocking challenges as they arise, including infosec, IT and change management related hurdles
