Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, program coordinator/management training role, or administrative.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Experience with Salesforce and reporting Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, effectively convey ideas, and engage in productive debates.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the spokesperson for Alarm.com, effectively communicating significant program-related matters to senior management and customers.
  • Administer and maintain the current build of the Salesforce platform and collaborate with external consultants to assist in future builds of the Salesforce instance.
  • Collect and document business process requirements, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Analyze customer usage, sales processes, implementation projects, and other operational activities, providing valuable feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in pre-and post-sales efforts, including sales training and administrative process tasks.
  • Contribute to pre- and post-sales customer experience projects, such as partner onboarding and demo coordination.
  • Engage in special projects focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, and accountability of sales and project delivery processes.
  • PowerPoint presentations, and BI reports, identify trends and provide conclusions on a monthly basis.
