Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Northstrat's merger with GRVTY completed in 2026, expanding cross-sell opportunities immediately.
  • Department demand for orbital denial keeps rising as China and Russia intensify space contestation.

What critics are saying

  • GRVTY integration can disrupt Northstrat talent retention and program execution through 2026.
  • A single classified-program slowdown would hit Northstrat hard because customer concentration is extreme.

What makes Northstrat unique

  • Northstrat developed the Remote Modular Terminal with CACI for Space Force electronic warfare.
  • Northstrat now sits inside GRVTY, broadening classified mission management and electromagnetic warfare reach.
  • Northstrat supports the NRO and Space Force, signaling deep cleared-customer integration.
