Requirements
  • Experience with Enterprise Talent Management Systems.
  • Plans, prepares for, and effectively facilitates team meetings and presentations.
  • 2-5 years consistent work history at a firm in either a recruiting, sales or financial capacity.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
  • Full Suite of MS Office expertise.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of the firm's resourcing initiatives.
  • Place financial analysts, operations associates, MBAs, and accounting professionals on a consulting or project basis at financial institutions.
  • Recruit new and manage our pool of existing staff, identify the best available candidates to submit to positions, and monitor the success of the engagements.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of client needs and cultures and leverage consultant strengths for placements.
  • Assist with proposal and presentation preparations.
  • Help to maintain databases.
  • Draft and edit letters, memorandums, agendas, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, and other correspondence and documents.
  • Participate, as needed, in special projects.
  • Manage mid-size projects relating to organizational change initiatives with end-to-end planning, implementation, training and adoption across enterprise, technology, operations and support functions.
  • Direct and manage overall project status, budget, resources, change controls and risks.
  • Partner with the Business, Technology and Functional Teams to deliver objectives.
  • Provide input on corporate and organizational change initiatives with cross-functional implications.
  • Cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation.
Desired Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience is desired.
  • Experience with Talent Management that spans 3 or more of the following areas: Recruiting, Competencies, Talent Assessments, Succession Management, Performance Management, Development Planning, Compensation, Learning Management, Workforce Analytics, Talent Management Governance.
  • Experience designing Talent Management strategies and business processes.
  • Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops.
  • Track record of managing client relationships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills as described in the must-have section.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, multi-task, problem-solve, and work with diverse teams.
  • Education/Experience: A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required; at least 2 years supervisory experience is desired.
