Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Pendo customers to accelerate their onboarding process
  • Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and on schedule
  • Share best practices for analyzing product usage and leveraging the Pendo platform
  • Create strong customer relationships at varying levels of persona and customer segments
  • Create strong internal relationships to drive value and mitigate potential risk
  • Be an internal advocate for product and customer needs
  • Stay current with all of Pendo’s product releases and GTM strategies
