Must be proficient with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring tools.
Must have strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and computer skills.
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Must be able to commit 15–20 hours per week throughout the internship period.

Convert existing instructor-led training and PowerPoint materials into engaging, interactive eLearning modules.
Maintain and update online learning assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and an optimal learner experience.
Upload, organize, and manage eLearning modules within the ADP Learning Management System (LMS).
Support the Talent Management/Organizational Development team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
