Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process.
Monitor industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice.
Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate competitive terms and secure optimal outcomes for clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, coverage details, and policy changes.
