Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve performance and customer experience during construction technology customer onboarding, deployment, and training.
  • Manage quality feedback loops so lessons learned on quality defects are communicated through primary support channels.
  • Work full-time onsite at the Irving, Texas office.
  • Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Desired Qualifications
  • Six Sigma Green Belt experience.
  • Product or customer support, quality, or aftermarket-related experience.
  • Experience with telematics, site grading technologies, site network capabilities, or site safety systems.
