  • Instrument artificial-intelligence applications so teams can inspect traces, understand intermediate states, diagnose failures, and improve system performance.
  • Identify and address hallucinations, looping, brittle tool calls, context loss, prompt injection, non-deterministic behavior, and unsafe actions.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues in client environments.
  • Communicate technical decisions, risks, trade-offs, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data specialists, security teams, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Experience building systems that use multiple models or specialized agents to complete complex tasks.
  • Understanding of artificial-intelligence security concerns, including prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency, insecure tool use, and supply-chain risks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling.
  • Contributions to artificial-intelligence infrastructure, evaluation tooling, agent frameworks, or related open-source projects.
  • Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • History of taking products from initial discovery through production launch and ongoing adoption.

TribalScale helps large organizations navigate the digital era by applying Agile methods to transform teams, build digital products, and incubate new ventures. Its work includes redesigning and modernizing OTT offerings for media clients so users can access breaking news and other content through digital channels. The company combines consulting, product development, and partnerships to enable enterprise-wide change—from process improvements and brand development to backend support. What sets TribalScale apart is its collaborative approach: it provides strategic guidance, mentorship, and access to a network of technology partners to accelerate delivery and growth, rather than just advice or one-off projects. The goal is to help enterprises grow their digital capabilities, launch successful products, and create/scale disruptive ideas in ways that align with their business objectives.

TribalScale names Leo Giel to lead Financial Services AI transformation practice.

TribalScale names Leo Giel to lead Financial Services AI transformation practice. July 21, 2026 TribalScale has appointed Leo Giel as head of its Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) practice, expanding its leadership team as financial institutions accelerate investments in artificial intelligence and enterprise automation. In the new role, Giel will oversee TribalScale's strategy and growth across the financial services sector, with an emphasis on commercial real estate, multifamily housing, alternative investments, private equity, lending, and institutional asset management. The company said his focus will be helping organizations move from AI pilot projects to enterprise-scale deployments that improve operations and business performance. As AI adoption increases across financial services, institutions are looking to integrate automation into core business functions, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making while managing increasingly complex data environments. TribalScale said Giel will work with executive leadership teams to identify high-value AI use cases, modernize operating models, deploy intelligent agents, and implement technology initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes. "Artificial intelligence represents the most significant technology shift since the internet," Giel said. "The organizations that win won't simply use AI - they'll redesign how work gets done. Our mission is to help financial institutions transform AI strategy into intelligent automation, operational excellence, and sustainable competitive advantage." Giel brings more than 20 years of experience helping technology companies commercialize emerging products, expand into new markets, and build strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has worked with founders, chief executives, boards, and investors on growth initiatives, capital raising, and revenue expansion. TribalScale noted that he previously helped organizations capitalize on major technology shifts including mobile computing, music streaming, and connected television before turning his focus to artificial intelligence. At TribalScale, Giel will lead initiatives that help financial institutions develop enterprise AI strategies aligned with business objectives, automate operational workflows through AI agents, modernize lending and underwriting processes, enhance investment and portfolio management, and connect fragmented enterprise data into more unified decision-making platforms. "Leo has spent his career identifying technology shifts before they reshape industries," said Sheetal Jaitly, founder and CEO of TribalScale. "His ability to connect business strategy with practical AI execution makes him uniquely qualified to lead our BFSI practice. We're excited to help financial institutions unlock the next generation of growth through AI." The appointment reflects growing demand from banks, investment firms, insurers, and real estate organizations seeking to operationalize AI beyond isolated use cases. Rather than focusing solely on experimentation, many institutions are investing in technologies that can automate repetitive processes, improve customer experiences, strengthen risk management, and increase operational efficiency across enterprise functions. TribalScale partners with enterprise organizations to design and deploy AI-powered products, digital platforms, and transformation initiatives. Under Giel's leadership, the company's BFSI practice will concentrate on helping financial services organizations integrate artificial intelligence into core business operations while delivering measurable productivity gains and scalable technology infrastructure.
