Requirements
  • HS diploma (or equivalent); approximately 1 to 4 years of experience in administrative support services
  • Bachelor's degree is required with at least three years work experience in administrative support services
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools; able to communicate effectively orally and in writing; travel as coordinated with technical point of contact and approved in writing in advance
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization by the U.S. Government Security Office
  • Location is Boulder, Colorado; travel as coordinated with the technical POC; CONUS/OCONUS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with smart, diverse teams and willingness to learn and adapt
Responsibilities
  • Perform secretarial duties such as preparing standard correspondence, reports, and memos using a word processor; maintain computer-based and paper files; answer and screen calls; open and distribute mail.
  • Answer routine inquiries and may operate spreadsheet programs; use electronic mail; maintain personal information systems and databases; manage calendars; perform semi-automated administrative support tasks.
  • Assist with required data tracking and compliance reporting.
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions.
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes and reviews; summarize issues and findings clearly.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors.
  • Work with a variety of IT systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services.
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; strong presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support standard services across the Department
