About the job
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Have solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Be tech savvy and familiar with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, customer relationship management systems, and Voice over Internet Protocol.
- Have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Office.
- Have knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, such as Google Calendar.
- Be proactive and confident, with keen attention to detail.
- Be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Have basic knowledge of Job Nimbus customer relationship management software.
- Have a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM.
- Have a primary cable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps and a backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Contact potential and existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
- Engage potential customers, build rapport, and determine whether the company's products or services suit their needs.
- Schedule sales demos and meetings.
- Set up and manage a customer relationship management system or contact list.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead-generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
- Set sales goals to increase revenue and report sales-team performance results.
- Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, and compile results in a data sheet or report.
- Conduct general administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Follow up proactively with leads by calls, text messages, and email using GoHighLevel.
- Set up phone calls to close sales with the business owner.
- Call incoming leads using the PhoneBurner system with local numbers.
- Prequalify leads and book appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain the Job Nimbus customer relationship management pipeline, tag lead stages, and add detailed notes from calls.
