Human Resources supports and engages our global workforce by delivering employee-centered experiences and programs. Human Resources is part of Woven by Toyota’s Global Operations team which consists of Finance & Accounting, IT, Legal & IP, Workplace Operations, and Communications & Public Affairs Functions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
HR is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of core HR systems and processes. You will join a globally distributed HR team that values communications, accountability, and integrity. You will be responsible for maintaining employee record systems, processing employee cases, and participating in high-touch events throughout the employee lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide operational support across existing HR systems and software, including HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, case management, payroll, benefits administration, intranet and employee self-service portals.
- Update and maintain employee data and execute workflows in our HRIS including hire events, job changes, terminations, and other HR administration support.
- Monitor workforce data flows and troubleshoot problems with HR systems and software, such as data entry errors and integration failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to complete deliverables and resolve issues ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems.
- Maintain a consistent, high quality employee experience while prioritizing data accuracy and confidentiality in all your activities.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding programs, engaging directly with new hires, organizing employee orientations, and tracking onboarding tasks progress. Conduct employment eligibility and verification activities.
- Document internal process, user guides, and training materials in support of consistent HR service delivery.
- Assist with ad hoc, quarterly, and annual reporting; ensuring accuracy and timely completion of request and/or audits. Support compliance activities as manded by legal and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proactively identify issues and continuously improve our HR operations. Support design and implementation of new HR programs and processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems and software.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Ability to manage mass datasets and perform mass data uploads into the HRIS.
- Ability to collect customer requirements regarding custom reports and functionality.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment, while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships, building trust quickly with candidates, new hires, and various levels of management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with a strong ability to communicate clearly with all types of users across time zones and languages.
- Familiar with modern workplace tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack) and excited about learning new ones.
77,000-126,500 a year
Your base salary is one part of your total compensation. At Woven by Toyota, we offer a base salary, a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The California pay scale for this full time position is $77,000-126,500. The total compensation offered to an employee will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and level.
