Requirements
  • A university degree in business, economics, marketing, or a comparable field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business-to-business, software-as-a-service closing role within the enterprise or midmarket segment is required.
  • A compelling sales track record with consistent quota achievement is required.
  • Proficiency in lead generation via outbound sales is required.
  • Strong skills in addressing business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in the decision-making process, using MEDDIC, are required.
  • Analytical skills, a practical execution-oriented attitude, enthusiasm, and a confident and poised demeanor are required.
  • Willingness to learn from others and share personal experience is required.
  • Native-speaker-level German and fluent English are required.
Responsibilities
  • Position the company's multi-suite solutions to key decision-makers and C-suite executives to drive growth across the enterprise segment.
  • Lead and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing, including a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Team.
  • Develop strategic account plans for large organizations, identifying and unlocking high-value opportunities to expand the enterprise footprint.
  • Source leads, build a strong pipeline, and drive high-value enterprise deals through a consultative, multi-touch outbound approach.
  • Forecast annual recurring revenue with precision, provide visibility into the sales pipeline, and contribute to the long-term growth strategy.
  • Consistently surpass the individual sales quota.
