- At least 2 years of design experience across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating product user interface and user experience design and visual brand work.
- Proficiency with a modern design stack and familiarity with user-centered design approaches such as design thinking.
- Active use of analytics and data to inform design decisions.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, artificial-intelligence-supported workflows, and unfamiliar problems.
- Ability to bring together different requirements and make them simple and clear.
- Native-level German and good English.
- Design the product interfaces of the core product used daily by medical practices.
- Turn unclear problem statements into clear, usable flows in collaboration with Product Management and Software Engineering.
- Build and maintain a lean design system so the entire team can work consistently and in line with the brand.
- Own the visual identity and produce marketing, event, and social-media assets that support growth.
- Make complex artificial-intelligence technology understandable and tangible for users in the healthcare system.
- Raise the overall design quality across the company.
About the company
PraxiPal builds Luna, an AI virtual receptionist for medical practice front desks. Luna handles patient calls with natural-language scheduling, cancellations, FAQ answers, and handoffs, and integrates with practice management systems so appointments appear in the real calendar under each clinic’s rules; it also offers a web console for call insights.
