Responsibilities

· Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders in the Professional Services, Tax, and Audit space; serving as a trusted advisor throughout their AI and cloud transformation journey

· Engage with professional services clients, both onsite and remotely, providing technical expertise to ideate, envision, craft, and deliver AI-based solutions tailored to their needs.

· Collaborate with our sales leader to drive strategies and close engagements related to AI solutions in Tax and Audit, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

· Lead the creation of reference architectures, documentation, and scalable solutions tailored to the unique challenges in the professional services industry.

· Build reusable enablement content and accelerators specific to Professional Services needs to enhance team effectiveness and execution.

· Continuously improve your professional skills through training, mentorship, and staying current with industry advancements.

· Work cross-departmentally to address complex integration challenges and deliver comprehensive solutions.

· Contribute to the ideation and development of internal and external solutions that drive innovation in Tax and Audit services.

· Drive the development of intellectual property and accelerators that enhance our services offerings.

· Mentor and drive thought leadership towards other 3Cloud employees and client peers.

Requirements

· Technical Expertise:

o Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, and AI frameworks.

o Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) using tools like LangChain, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services for NLP or vision projects.

o Experience in developing ML Ops pipelines and integrating AI solutions in enterprise environments.

o Proficiency in Azure DevOps for building pipelines and leveraging coding assistants like Replit or Cursor AI.

o Experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD and cloud application design.

· Professional Experience:

o Proven track record in pre-sales and sales support, particularly in pursuing and closing engagements in the professional services sector or equivalent understanding of accounting or financial principals.

o Preferrable d understanding of the Tax and Audit space and its unique technological challenges.

o Strong technical presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable client strategies.

o Background in designing AI-driven solutions that enhance client operations and outcomes.

· Certifications:

o Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or relevant AI certifications, are highly desirable.

· Soft Skills:
