  • Validated experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Experience with content syndication and ABM campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with event planning and management, both virtual and in-person.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully across diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored for the EMEA & APAC market, while aligning with global marketing strategies.
  • Support the execution of Google and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for the EMEA & APAC audience.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of content syndication campaigns to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Contribute to ABM campaigns, targeting key accounts within the EMEA & APAC region to drive engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in tradeshows, ensuring brand consistency and maximising lead capture.
  • Lead email marketing nurture campaigns, from conceptualisation to execution, including segmentation, testing, and analysis.
  • Engage in user events planning and execution, enhancing customer experience and retention.
  • Utilise both marketing automation and CRM platforms, (Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce), to track and optimise campaign performance.
  • Analyse marketing data to inform decision-making and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively across various stakeholders, including BDR, sales, product, and marketing teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
