BESS and Photovoltaic Systems Consultant
Weekly site visits to projects during construction and commissioning are required.
About the job
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- Three to five years of experience.
- Experience supervising construction.
- Demonstrable cross-functional knowledge of BESS plants.
- Knowledge of SCADA and PPC systems.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Portuguese and Italian are a plus.
- Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVCase, and Microsoft 365.
- Conduct weekly visits to projects during construction and commissioning.
- Manage the construction of BESS projects as the owner's engineer.
- Perform basic engineering design for BESS and photovoltaic systems.
- Review detailed engineering designs for BESS and photovoltaic systems.
- Review EPC contracts and contracts for major component supplies.
- Coordinate assigned resources and project tasks.
- Manage two to four projects simultaneously.
- Generate progress reports.
- Manage communications with clients.
- Portuguese and Italian language skills.
