About the job
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in audit readiness or property management.
- A minimum of 2 years of Federal Government accounting and/or auditing experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of Defense Logistics Agency or Working Capital Fund inventory experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Gain working knowledge of property business processes, internal controls, and systems to support client efforts toward complete accountability and audit readiness for asset management segments.
- Apply subject-matter expertise to evaluate cross-functional processes and transactions affecting Financial Management and Comptroller and Acquisition, Technology and Logistics communities.
- Integrate asset management and financial management functions.
- Understanding of asset management accounting and audits related to General Property, Plant, and Equipment, inventory, and related property.
- Certified Defense Financial Manager, Certified Government Financial Manager, and/or Certified Public Accountant credential.
- Department of Defense or Department of the Navy Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness experience.
