Requirements

You are a trainee lawyer or are undertaking DJCE or DAFA-type training.
You have an educational background in tax law.
You are rigorous, curious, analytical, and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal and tax research.
Draft notes, consultations, and memoranda.
Participate in preparing client files.
Assist with tax audits and tax litigation.
Conduct legal and tax monitoring.
Participate in client meetings when applicable.

Description du poste

Intégré.e à l’équipe Droit Fiscal de l'Ouest, vous pourrez être basé.e à Nantes, Angers ou Rennes, pour intervenir sur les missions suivantes :

Réaliser des recherches juridiques et fiscales approfondies
Rédiger des notes, consultations et mémos
Participer à la préparation des dossiers clients
Procéder à l'assistance dans le cadre de contrôles et contentieux fiscaux
Mener une veille juridique et fiscale
Participer, le cas échéant, aux rendez-vous clients.

Qualifications

Vous êtes élève-avocat.e, ou bien en formation de type DJCE ou DAFA.
Vous disposez d’une formation en droit fiscal.
Vous êtes rigoureux.se, curieux.se, doté.e d’un bon esprit d’analyse et d’un excellent relationnel.
