Requirements
  • A completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Current AMIB Level 1 certification, or the documentation needed to apply for and renew the certification.
  • At least 18 months of experience performing functions at a financial institution, ideally BBVA.
  • At least 18 months of experience selling intangible products.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience maintaining and updating customer files.
  • Knowledge and use of BBVA product offerings, including insurance, portability, and credit cards, as well as commercial processes for the banking segment.
  • Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and resolve customer needs.
  • Knowledge of telephone sales.
  • Knowledge and use of mobile applications, especially banking apps.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Discretion in handling information, service orientation, adaptability, persuasion, influence, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
  • Meet business objectives by promoting and effectively selling the products and services offered by Commercial Banking.
  • Proactively and comprehensively manage customers to increase their loyalty to the bank.
  • Manage the timely recovery of credit contracted by customers.
  • Address and promptly resolve customer questions and complaints.
  • Maintain and update the complete files of assigned customers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and service levels.
