Requirements
  • PhD, MBA, Bachelor's in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Software Engineering or relevant experience in a Software company.
  • Knowledge of Splunk's technology, its architecture, or past experience in developing or administering Splunk is highly desirable.
  • Skilled at writing proposals, narratives, and roadmaps, and adept at socializing and presenting ideas and status reports to attain cross-functional agreement.
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts and standards mutual TLS, OAuth, JWT-based authentication, and authorization models such ABAC, RBAC, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams, balancing technological excellence with customer needs.
  • Lead the product strategy for identity standards such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SCIM.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Drive product development through the entire lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and innovation, sharing insights and best practices across the organization.
