  • 1+ years of experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in related industry (retail, communications, operations, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Suite (incl. Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Suite
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Team player, able to communicate with various levels in the organization

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and support engagement initiatives including incentive and recognition programs
  • Craft and deploy centralized, internal communications in partnership with Sr. Manager, Field Deployment
  • Leverage data and surveys to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations on employee engagement initiatives to Sr. Manager, Field Training
  • Design and propose tools + processes that enable leaders to drive results through streamlined engagement initiatives
  • Track and report KPI’s for engagement initiatives, providing recommendations and insight to leadership to drive informed decision making
