OSHA 30 certification is required.
At least 5 years of experience managing projects in industrial mechanical construction is required.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar is required.
Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings is required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally is required.
Personal protective equipment is required on job sites.
Travel between projects and occasional overnight stays are required as needed.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
Enforce safety standards and ensure full Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance on all job sites.
Monitor progress, performance, and financial metrics to ensure successful delivery.
Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and documentation.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Desired Qualifications
PMP certification is a plus.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of industrial mechanical projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Project Manager coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and executive management to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
