Unframe, a managed AI delivery platform for enterprises, has acquired Swish AI to strengthen its enterprise AI capabilities and expand its AI-native data infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2018, Swish AI specialises in applying AI to IT service management and operations, helping enterprises automate workflows and transform operational data into actionable insights. The company has raised over $20 million and serves IT teams at leading global organisations. The acquisition follows Unframe's announcement in May that it surpassed $100 million in total contract value within 12 months and secured $50 million in additional funding led by Highland Europe. Swish AI customers will gain access to Unframe's broader enterprise AI platform and expanded use cases across workforce productivity, knowledge management and customer service.
After raising $20 million, collapsed startup Swish.ai sells to Unframe for just $150,000. Enterprise AI company Swish.ai, whose customers included Coca-Cola and CyberArk, enters insolvency before a court-approved asset sale. 21:06, 15.06.26 Unframe, which develops an enterprise AI platform, is acquiring the assets of Swish.ai for approximately $150,000 after the Israeli startup entered insolvency proceedings. The Tel Aviv District Court approved the fast-track sale of the company, which operated in the field of enterprise IT service management and focused on developing AI-based solutions. The company was represented by attorney Idan Miller, head of Insolvency and Recovery at Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co. "The court granted the company's request, appointed a temporary trustee, and approved the sale within an unusually short period of just two weeks in order to prevent the company's collapse. The high-tech sector has recently experienced a wave of financial distress. The weak dollar is eroding revenues, while the security situation and high-interest-rate environment are making it more difficult to raise capital," said Miller. "The characteristics of technology companies, including the difficulty of retaining employees who hold critical organizational knowledge during periods of uncertainty, the immediate need to continue serving customers, and dependence on essential suppliers, mean that cash-flow difficulties can quickly lead to insolvency. "In a notable trend, the courts have increasingly intervened to facilitate rapid sales of distressed technology companies, often within unprecedented timeframes, in an effort to preserve their operations and assets." Swish.ai, founded in 2017 by Sebastien Adjiman and Arnon Yaffe, served major international customers including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Amdocs, and CyberArk, generating annual contract revenue of approximately $2 million. The company accumulated debts of approximately NIS 3.8 million ($1.3M), including obligations to Bank Hapoalim and unpaid employee salaries. In an affidavit submitted to the District Court, the company's executives stated that Israel's political and security challenges in recent years had significantly hampered their ability to raise capital from investors and international venture funds. Swish.ai had previously raised approximately $20 million. Unframe announced last month that it has secured a cumulative $100 million in contracts within just one year and that it raised $50 million in a Series B round led by Highland Europe, with participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, TLV Partners, Third Point Ventures, Cerca Partners, and Vintage Investment Partners. The new financing brought the total amount raised by the company since its founding in 2024 to $100 million.

Unframe announces $50M in additional funding and crosses $100M in total contract value in twelve months, becoming one of the fastest-scaling Enterprise AI companies on record. Home " LATEST NEWS " Unframe announces $50M in additional funding and crosses $100M in total contract value in twelve months, becoming one of the fastest-scaling Enterprise AI companies on record. Unframe, the managed AI delivery platform for global enterprises, today announced it has crossed $100 million in total contract value (TCV) in twelve months, with 400% net revenue retention, and a customer base spanning enterprises across global markets. The milestone places Unframe among the fastest-scaling enterprise AI companies in history - and reflects a structural shift in how the Fortune 500 is finally moving AI from pilot to production. To accelerate that momentum, Unframe also announced $50 million in additional funding led by Highland Europe, with participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, TLV Partners, Third Point Ventures, Cerca Partners, and Vintage Investment Partners. This brings Unframe's total funding to $100 million. Where Real Change is Happening Enterprise AI is in the middle of a noisy moment. Boards have mandated transformation, budgets have been committed, and pilots have launched across every function - yet most Fortune 500 AI initiatives stall before reaching production. The signal is getting lost in a flood of generalized platforms, agent demos, and tools that promise transformation but deliver only management-layer productivity. Unframe solves this by acting as a managed AI delivery platform that turns enterprise needs and use cases into fully tailored, complete AI solutions in days. Powered by deep technical building blocks and its open platform - The Framery - Unframe integrates seamlessly with each customer's existing AI program and core systems. "Every enterprise we speak with has a backlog of high-impact AI use cases and almost nothing in production," said Shay Levi, CEO and Co-Founder of Unframe. "We built Unframe to close the gap between ambition and execution. This $100M TCV milestone in twelve months proves enterprises will move fast when they have a delivery model built for how they actually operate." Customer Momentum and Validation Unframe's growth reflects a repeatable customer pattern: an enterprise hits a major operational bottleneck, brings it to Unframe, and has a tailored, production-grade solution running inside its environment within days. From there, deployments compound across the organization - the dynamic that drives Unframe's 400% net revenue retention. "Scaling AI requires a smart 'build, buy, or borrow' approach. For us, Unframe provides a clear 'buy' path, with reusable foundations that drastically shorten the road to impact," said Phillip Lockhard, Chief Digital Officer & Partner at Credera. "What sets them apart is their deeply collaborative spirit. Unframe doesn't just provide a tool; they bring the thoughtfulness and partnership that drive real results." "Crossing $100 million TCV within a year shows enterprises are ready to commit when the solution matches their reality," said Larissa Schneider, COO and Co-Founder of Unframe. "Every customer behind that milestone faced a major operational bottleneck, needed something tailored, and got it into production in days. That's the model - and we're building the team to deliver it at scale." Fueling the Next Phase: $50M to Accelerate Growth The funding round accelerates what the TCV milestone makes clear: enterprise demand for tailored, production-grade AI is outpacing supply, and Unframe intends to meet it at the pace its customers require. "Almost any decision-maker at any company can describe AI use cases that would be game-changing for their business," said Jacob Bernstein, Principal at Highland Europe. "The challenge is what happens next. Moving from idea to something that actually works in production is where most initiatives stall. Unframe is closing that gap - turning ideas into fully functioning solutions within weeks. We heard the same thing from customer after customer: "I didn't believe it at first. Then I saw it. Now we're rolling out our next ten use cases." With the new funding, Unframe will scale its delivery capacity, deepen platform investment, and expand the senior leadership team driving the next phase of the company's growth. Unframe raises a further 50 million US dollars. Unframe reaches 100 million US dollars in order volume in just twelve months. The enterprise AI start-up has now raised a further 50 million US dollars in a Series B round. News by Marc Nemitz · Berlin, 19. May 2026 The enterprise AI company Unframe has achieved a total contract value (TCV) of 100 million US dollars in just twelve months. At the same time, the company is closing another Series B financing round of 50 million US dollars. The round is led by Highland Europe. Existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, TLV Partners, Third Point Ventures, Cerca Partners and Vintage Investment Partners are also involved. This brings the total funding of the start-up, which was founded in 2024, to 100 million US dollars. Enterprise AI often fails due to implementation. The market for enterprise AI is growing rapidly, but many companies are still struggling to actually integrate AI projects productively into their business processes. According to Unframe, many initiatives fail due to the gap between pilot projects and operational scaling. Although companies are investing massively in AI, concrete production-ready applications are often slow to emerge. This is where Unframe sees an opportunity for its own platform. Customized AI solutions. Unframe is developing a managed AI delivery platform that is designed to implement individual AI use cases for companies ready for production within a few days. The platform integrates directly into customers' existing AI programs, data structures and core systems. Unframe relies on open infrastructure and a modular platform called "The Framery". The solutions can be operated in the cloud, on-premises or as a fully managed SaaS solution. No commitment to a specific large language model is necessary. High customer momentum and strong revenue retention. According to the company, growth is based on a certain pattern. Customers identify operational bottlenecks, bring the use case to Unframe and receive an individually developed AI solution within a short period of time. The applications are then often rolled out to other teams and business areas. A key indicator of this is the net revenue retention of 400 percent. New capital flows into scaling and platform expansion. Unframe intends to use the new funding to expand its delivery capacities, make further investments in the platform and strengthen the senior leadership team. This milestone of $100 million TCV within twelve months proves that companies move fast when they have a delivery model that is designed for the way they actually work. Shay Levi, CEO and Co-Founder of Unframe CEO Shay Levi explains that many companies have a large number of highly relevant AI use cases, but do not yet have suitable implementation models. COO Larissa Schneider particularly emphasizes the speed of implementation as a decisive competitive advantage. Investors see growing demand for production-ready AI. Investors also see enormous market potential for production-ready enterprise AI solutions. The scaling of AI requires an intelligent mix of 'build, buy or borrow'. For Menalto Advisors, LLC, Unframe offers a clear 'buy' approach with reusable foundations that significantly shorten the path to real business impact Phillip Lockhard, Chief Digital Officer & Partner Credera Jacob Bernstein emphasizes that although many companies have numerous AI ideas, the actual operational implementation often fails. Unframe addresses precisely this gap by putting individual AI solutions into production within a few weeks. Internationally positioned. Unframe was founded in 2024 by Shay Levi, Larissa Schneider and Adi Azarya. Today, the company has offices in California, Tel Aviv and Berlin.
