  • Masters or PhD in Psychology, Survey Science/Methods, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Political Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience with statistical analysis, modeling, experimental design, and survey design
  • Experience with statistical analysis packages (R, Stata, SPSS, etc.)
  • Experience with survey programming platforms (Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.)
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Conduct practical and impactful quantitative research on our community of hosts and guests
  • Uncover insights about users by using sophisticated and innovative methodologies, measurement strategies, experiments, and mixed-methods research
  • Partner and share insights with product teams, other insights teams, data scientists, marketers, policy managers, and executives
Desired Qualifications
  • 6+ years in-house experience at a tech or hospitality company
  • Experience with qualitative research methods
  • Experience with SQL, ETL and Python
  • Coding/scripting skills
  • Experience with cross-cultural products or international surveys
