- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure reliable orchestration at scale
- Monitor and optimize orchestration flows for performance, resilience, and security compliance
- Implement version control and promotion strategies for DaVinci flows
- Provide support on orchestration tooling within the DevOps lifecycle
- Experience with PingOne Suite including PingOne SSO, Protect, Risk, MFA
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript for custom logic and flow extensions
- Experience working with XML for federation, policy, and configuration artifacts
- Advanced use of JSON for DaVinci payloads, API integrations, and event handling
- Basic proficiency with HTML and CSS for custom UI, branding, and hosted page integration
- Experience debugging browser-based authentication and identity flows
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with cloud-native identity architectures in Azure and AWS
- Certifications in Ping DaVinci, DevOps Engineering, or major cloud platforms

Reply has announced a partnership with Mistral AI to develop sovereign and enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions. The collaboration focuses on accelerating adoption of local, customisable and secure generative AI on European infrastructure for organisations with strict regulatory and data protection requirements. The partnership combines Mistral AI's high-performance models with Reply's expertise in customising large language models using proprietary data. Reply will become a Mistral Forge global launch partner, enabling its teams to design and train models on specialised datasets. The companies are collaborating with the Austrian Academy of Sciences on a customised model for ancient, medieval and modern Greek texts to support researchers. The agreement targets highly regulated sectors including public administration, defence, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and energy.
Reply, an Italian technology consultancy, reported 2025 consolidated turnover of €2,483.6 million, an 8% increase from €2,300.5 million in 2024. The company's board of directors approved the draft financial statements, which will be submitted to shareholders on 23 April 2026. EBITDA rose 13.9% to €467.6 million, whilst EBIT increased 18.5% to €391.7 million. Net profit reached €250.9 million, up from €211.1 million the previous year. The study highlights challenges with traditional offshoring: 78% of leaders cite compliance complications with regulations like GDPR, whilst 76% report increased technical debt and code quality issues. Although 76% of firms have adopted AI in software development, only 20% have achieved pervasive integration across the development lifecycle.
