Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day acquisition execution, including creative iteration, testing, and optimization of paid acquisition efforts in partnership with Growth PM and external agency
  • Develop high-impact campaigns and storytelling by coming up with new concepts, angles, messages, writing copy, proposing creative variations, and shaping landing pages and narratives
  • Test, learn, and scale what works by using dashboards and reports to understand funnel performance and iterating based on insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth PM, Product team, and Partnerships and GTM team to translate product changes and distribution opportunities into acquisition experiments and assets
  • Learn deeply about users and segments by exploring audiences and hypotheses and refining messaging, creative concepts, and experiments
  • Report on outcomes and learnings by tracking in-flight campaigns and sharing learnings with the team
  • Move fast in ambiguity by operating in a fast-moving early-stage environment and shipping to gain clarity
