Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a High Public Trust clearance.
- A minimum of 5 years of IT Asset Management experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using ServiceNow for IT Asset Management.
- Experience managing the complete IT asset lifecycle, including receiving, inventory control, asset issuance, asset recovery, asset relocation, and asset disposal.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
- Experience performing physical inventories and inventory reconciliation.
- Knowledge of asset tagging and barcode systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to move computers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment safely.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to load and unload pallets, carts, and storage bins.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Ability to work in office, warehouse, and storage environments.
Responsibilities
- Receive, track, issue, inventory, relocate, and dispose of government-owned IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow.
- Support the daily operations of an enterprise IT Asset Management program.
- Maintain inventory accountability and ensure the accuracy and accountability of enterprise IT assets.
- Work closely with multiple IT teams.
- Ship and receive IT equipment.
- Support warehouse inventory operations.
Desired Qualifications
- An Associate's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience supporting federal government or enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF.
