Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for global employee inquiries and manage the P&C inbox efficiently.
  • Handle end-to-end processes for global onboarding, termination, and employee changes, including benefits and leave administration.
  • Coordinate both voluntary and involuntary terminations to ensure a streamlined offboarding process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, conduct orientations, oversee background checks, and manage HRIS actions.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to meet country-specific requirements while upholding company culture.
  • Assist in documenting People Operations procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Identify and propose solutions for process improvements and program development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance People-related programs and administration.
  • Support various People Operations projects from inception to completion.
