- Ability to analyze traffic, leasing activity, and conversion opportunities to improve results.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours during peak leasing periods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management software.
- Ability to maintain a positive resident and prospect experience while handling questions and concerns professionally.
- Reliable transportation and ability to support outreach, campus engagement, and local marketing efforts as needed.
- Conduct property tours for future residents and visitors.
- Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue.
- Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease or renew.
- Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
- Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
