Responsibilities
Watch gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure machines are working properly.
Review estimates and understand costs, production, and schedules before starting work.
Oversee all aspects of daily work for various construction trade crews.
Ensure construction is performed according to plan requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, timesheets, and daily management reports.
Comply with company safety policies and procedures and OSHA regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.
Work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.
Perform physical labor on heavy civil and highway construction sites, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects and standing or walking for extended periods.
Occasionally work long hours and weekends; the average workweek is approximately 50 hours.
Desired Qualifications
Construction industry experience is preferred.
Take full ownership of assigned projects and work independently.

Summary/Objective
We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects. Applicant must be familiar with working from heights and/or Manlifts. Must be able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.

Supervisory Requirements
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This is field based role. Employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
Physical Demands
The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. This position will occasionally require long hours and weekend work. Average +/-50 hours per week.
