Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in ADP WFN or other benefits administration software is required
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to pivot and adapt with a positive attitude as priorities shift and change
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Communicate with employees regarding benefits and assist with any inquiries or issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
- Coordinate with insurance providers and vendors to manage benefit plans and resolve issues
- Assist with the development and implementation of new benefits programs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide support during open enrollment periods and other benefit-related events
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
