Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years of pre-sales and solution experience.
Proven experience handling multiple regions and different cultures, and working on complex solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work in a structured and methodical manner.
ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow Sales Accreditation, ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditation, and ServiceNow Micro-Certification credentials are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Work with geographic leaders on deals.
Understand the ServiceNow landscape and develop solutions for requests for information and requests for proposals.
Estimate solution effort based on requirements and produce solution overviews, pricing overviews, and appropriate contingencies.
Document proposals and statements of work in a standard or customer-provided format.
Arrange review calls with the pre-sales head and geographic leaders to review solutions, pricing, contingencies, and proposals or statements of work.
Prepare solution walkthroughs for customers, including presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare separate solution review presentations for internal senior stakeholders on large ServiceNow deals.
Understand ServiceNow licensing and prepare license estimates based on customer requests and requirements.
Provide managed services or time-and-materials estimates for ServiceNow environments, whether previously implemented by the company or taken over from an incumbent provider.
Determine resourcing based on requirements, including dedicated versus shared resources and onsite versus offshore delivery.
Maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in the central repository for audit purposes.
Participate in larger information technology deals where ServiceNow is a platform of choice and prepare effort estimates.

Desired Qualifications

An advanced degree in a relevant field.

The ServiceNow practice at DXC offers a ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Solution Consultant position. You will be responsible to drive RfPs through its lifecycle. You will be a part of India Pre-Sales team but supporting multi-region and multi-locations. You will be a part of the 'DXC-ServiceNow Global Elite Partner' journey. Essential Job Functions:

Work with different Geo leaders for the deals
Understand the ServiceNow landscape and solution for RfXs
Estimate efforts the solution based on the requirements and produce a solution overview, pricing overview, and appropriate contingencies
Document the proposals/SOW in a standard format or customer provided formats
Setup review calls with the pre-Sales head and the Geo leaders to review the solution, pricing, contingency and proposal/SOW
Prepare for solution walkthrough to the customer - Presentation of the solution, Demonstrations
Separate review presentation for any large deals of ServiceNow to internal senior stakeholders
Understand the ServiceNow licensing landscape and prepare the license estimates based on the customer request/requirement(s)
Provide Managed Services or Time & Material estimates for the ServiceNow landscape, for both if we have implemented or taking over from an Incumbent

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
An overall 8-10 years of experienced candidate with an experience of Pre-Sales and Solution for at least 2-3 years
Proven experience in handling multiple regions, different cultures and ability to work on complex solutions
Ability to work under pressure and deliver with quality, i.e., structured, and methodical
Certifications - ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow Sales Accreditation Certifications, ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations, ServiceNow Micro-Certifications are a must.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

Other Qualifications:

Advanced Degree in a relevant field is a plus
ServiceNow CAD & CIS certifications is a plus
