- Support marketing and business development by maintaining client relationships, educating clients on the firm's services, and leading or assisting with proposals, networking, and customer relationship management.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control reviews and ensure project deliverables meet technical standards and contractual requirements.
- Provide technical leadership in areas of recognized expertise and pursue continuous learning to remain a leader in the discipline.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and collaborate on professional development plans for assigned team members.
