Requirements

Recognition as a specialist physician in gynecology and obstetrics.
Qualification in gynecological exfoliative cytology, specifically the additional designation in gynecological exfoliative cytology or authorization from the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians to bill cytological services.
Experience in gynecological preventive care, dysplasia diagnostics, and outpatient patient care is preferred.
Experience evaluating gynecological cytological specimens.
Sound knowledge of applicable guidelines and quality standards in gynecological cancer screening.
Competence in using digital medical documentation and practice-management systems.
Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and further training.

Responsibilities

Independently interpret gynecological cytological specimens in the cytology laboratory according to applicable quality standards as a physician working in cytology.
Ensure compliance with statutory and quality-assurance requirements.
Contribute to laboratory organization, quality assurance, and internal training activities.
Exchange professional knowledge with cytology assistants and laboratory staff.
Collaborate across disciplines with office-based physicians, clinics, and other physicians.
Independently conduct gynecological consultations, including diagnostics, counseling, and treatment planning.
Conduct gynecological examinations, including colposcopy, where applicable within a certified dysplasia consultation.
Document medical findings and treatment courses.
Contribute to the development of diagnostic and organizational processes.
Participate in quality-assurance measures and continuing-education activities.

Fundierte Kenntnisse der geltenden Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards im Bereich der gynäkologischen Früherkennung
Hohe fachliche Kompetenz sowie sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Patientenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

Als Facharzt für Gynäkologie (m/w/d) mit der Zusatzbezeichnung gynäkologischen Exfoliativzytologie übernehmen Sie die Befundung gynäkologisch-zytologischer Präparate in unserem zytologischen Labor. Eigenverantwortlich betreuen Sie Patient*innen in unserer Praxissprechstunde. Sie verbinden patientennahe klinische Tätigkeit mit anspruchsvoller diagnostischer Arbeit und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur gynäkologischen Krebsfrüherkennung und Qualitätssicherung.

Tätigkeit im zytologischen Labor:

Befundung gynäkologisch-zytologischer Präparate nach geltenden Qualitätsstandards als zytologisch tätiger Arzt (m/w/d)
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und qualitätssichernder Vorgaben
Mitwirkung bei Labororganisation, Qualitätssicherung und internen Fortbildungsmaßnahmen
Fachlicher Austausch mit Zytologiessistenten (m/w/d) und Laborpersonal
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit niedergelassenen Ärzten, Kliniken und weiteren Ärzten

Ihre Aufgaben in der Sprechstunde:

Eigenständige Durchführung gynäkologischer Sprechstunden einschließlich Diagnostik, Beratung und Therapieplanung
Durchführung gynäkologischer Untersuchungen einschließlich Kolposkopie, gegebenenfalls Im Rahmen einer zertifizierten Dysplasiesprechstunde

Dokumentation medizinischer Befunde und Behandlungsverläufe
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung diagnostischer und organisatorischer Prozesse
Teilnahme an qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen und Fortbildungen
