Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a SCI cleared senior administrative assistant.
The senior administrative assistant will assist Government program managers in executing classified Research and Development efforts at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC. The senior administrative assistant will coordinate incoming and outgoing classified visit requests with the NRL SSO, coordinate distinguished visitor visits with NRL’s security and protocol offices, schedule and support classified meetings, and maintain calendars and contact lists for multiple program teams. The senior administrative assistant will work closely with multiple government program managers, NRL and other administrative offices, and security offices on a daily basis. This position will be full time on-site at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC and will be in a classified environment. No remote work is available.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and support classified meetings at the NRL.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing SCI classified Visit Requests with the appropriate SSO.
- Maintain and update program contact lists.
- Work with appropriate IT and security offices to expedite and maintain access to various classified networks for team personnel.
- Maintain and coordinate calendars for Government program managers.
- Meet visitors at the security entry point, expedite access, and escort visitors as required.
- Distribute meeting notes and action items as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Government TS security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/Poly. Current SCI/Poly strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with security visit request processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team/matrixed organization.
- Highly organized, critical, and analytical thinker, excellent problem-solver.
- Adaptable to change and highly resolved to overcome challenges.
