Requirements
  • Government TS security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/Poly. Current SCI/Poly strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with security visit request processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team/matrixed organization.
  • Highly organized, critical, and analytical thinker, excellent problem-solver.
  • Adaptable to change and highly resolved to overcome challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and support classified meetings at the NRL.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing SCI classified Visit Requests with the appropriate SSO.
  • Maintain and update program contact lists.
  • Work with appropriate IT and security offices to expedite and maintain access to various classified networks for team personnel.
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars for Government program managers.
  • Meet visitors at the security entry point, expedite access, and escort visitors as required.
  • Distribute meeting notes and action items as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
