About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of experience in a marketing specialist or similar role is required.
- Experience developing outreach campaigns that drive patient or member engagement is required.
- Experience using marketing performance data to evaluate and improve campaigns is required.
- Experience with marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels is required.
- Experience with content development is required.
- Experience with customer or business-to-business engagement marketing is required.
- Experience marketing to business-to-business healthcare audiences, particularly payers, health plans, health systems, or similar healthcare organizations, is required.
- A strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing, including search engine optimization, social media, and market research, is required.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, customer relationship management platforms, web analytics, advertising platforms such as Google Ads, and Microsoft Office is required; Salesforce is preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Candidates must be based in the Albany–Clifton Park–Saratoga Springs region.
- Lead marketing engagement with payer and health system customers, including co-developed outreach campaigns and materials that connect patients with aptihealth care.
- Plan and execute marketing for prospective payer and health system customers, including account-based marketing in Salesforce.
- Create sales enablement content and customer presentations.
- Own or contribute to organic social media, search engine optimization, paid and traditional marketing, with an eye on customer acquisition cost.
- Analyze landing-page and conversion data to improve the funnel.
- Support website updates and redesigns, public relations, and communications.
- Lead or support events, trade shows, and sponsorships; some travel is involved.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver on marketing priorities.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
- HTML, CSS, or web development experience is desirable.
