- Ensure accurate and timely tuition billing in Campus Nexus/Anthology.
- Collaborate with ERS and Registrars to identify tuition billing issues and improve tuition billing and reconciliation processes.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures for the tuition billing process.
- Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions.
- Maintain ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping that meets company and regulatory agency standards.
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries from campuses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience working in tuition billing operations for an institution of higher learning.
- Experience with Campus Nexus/Anthology.
