  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or relevant customer facing roles
  • Demonstrated experience with solutions involving CRM, ERP, CPQ, Middleware, Marketing Automation, and other enterprise applications. An understanding of APIs and methods to integrate various applications is useful
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills required to understand business requirements and document them into best-in-class Solution Designs
  • Experience in professional services engagements with Business Analysis and Project Management responsibility preferred
  • Experience facilitating requirements sessions with business users, IT and senior management
  • Experience working with global and offshore teams beneficial
  • Understanding of implementation methodology and practices – Agile, SCRUM, etc
  • Open to domestic travel (up to 30%)
  • Experience with Sugar products preferred
Responsibilities
  • Solving your clients’ business challenges by designing and implementing solutions to meet those objectives
  • Becoming the trusted solution expert during implementation of Sugar products
  • Leading system configuration through design and technical configuration activities
  • Delivering extraordinary customer relationships and taking ownership for ensuring success of client projects
  • Coordinating projects and deliverables
  • Spending 50-75% project delivery activities with billable utilization
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CRM best practices
  • Represent Sugar Projects as an application expert
  • Training clients on how to use Sugar products
  • Work across the SugarCRM organization to ensure customer needs and deliverables are met. Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering and other members of the Sugar Projects organization to achieve department goals and objectives
